If you have purchased our luggage transport, we will pick up the luggage after 10:00 and leave it before 16:00. Sometimes the traffic can make us a little late and it is always good to call us if something were not in time.

If your rental bicycle is stolen, it is important that you immediately report it to the police. This is important for your insurance company so that you can receive compensation later.

If the bicycle is stolen, we charge the value of the bicycle, which you then report to your insurance company. After that, you will have a deductible that is usually around SEK 1500. It is therefore very important that you have a travel insurance or home insurance which covers thefts of this form.

However, we can say that during the last five years we have had almost 0 thefts on the bike paths and we always offer the opportunity to get an extra lock if needed.

"One-way" or one-way cycling is one of our services that we offer all customers who wish to rent a bike from one destination and leave it at another. This is common to do on the various cycle paths on which we sell packages. This means that you pay a transport fee to leave the bike in Gothenburg when you are done with your bike ride. We work with a variety of hotels and it is usually common to leave the bike at a hotel in the place you buy "One-way" or one-way cycling to.

"One-way" or one-way cycling costs differently depending on where you want the bikes picked up at, or dropped off. Usually on our bike paths we charge SEK 550 for a regular bike. Within Skåne, we charge SEK 300. If you have both heating and delivery at a place other than our offices, there will then be a double fee per bicycle.
